Event Details

With the help Eli Lilly & Company, we are organizing the first-ever Digital Signage for Corporate Communication conference on August 10 at the Lilly Corporate Center in Indianapolis, IN.

The day-long event will provide attendees tips, tricks and techniques for running a corporate communication digital signage network, along with tremendous networking for those managing similar networks.

Tentative agenda:

9:30 am - 9:45 am    Introductions & housekeeping

9:45 am - 11:15 am  "Show and Tell" (Attendee stories and examples)

11:15 am - 11:45 am   Tour of LillyTV

1145 am - 12:00 pm  Break

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm   Lunch

1:00 pm - 2:30 pm     Content tips, tricks & advice
                                  David Trounstine, Creative Director, MediaTile

2:30 pm - 2:45 pm    "Break"

2:45 pm - 3:30 pm     Message measurement & ROI
David Weinfeld, Principal, The Preset Group

3:30 pm - 4:15 pm     Steve Crescenzo, Crescenzo Communications

4:15 pm - 4:30 pm     Close

Lilly runs one of the largest corporate communication networks and part of the day will include a tour at the Lilly Corporate Center. So whether you've had a network for a while or are just starting one, you'll get to see one of the best in the world.

One more thing to plan for is that Steve Crescenzo, an internal comms guru, is running his Corporate Communications 3.0 workshop the following day in Indy. It will be a great two days of corp comm learning. As a favor to me, Steve will also swing by our digital signage conference to share some of his wisdom. Here's a link to Steve's workshop if you'd like to stick around an extra day. I highly recommend it.

Recommended hotel

The Indianapolis Hilton is in downtown Indy and is also where Steve's workshop is being held on August 11. You can reserve a room directly through their site or call Jonathan Melendez, Group Reservationist, at 317-822-5913 and ask for the Eli Lilly and Company rate (much cheaper this way).

Post-event

For those interested, we'll have an evening get-together at Scotty's Brewhouse, just a few blocks from the hotel. We'll convene at 6:30 pm and end when people get tired of hanging around each other.
